You will not want to leave this charming and unique accommodation. Catch up, have a drink or relax on one of the terraces or by the heated swimming pool. There is much to discover in the region: forest walks, canoeing, history (Guèdelon), culture and art (galleries and museums) or a trip to Auxerre, Vezelay or Sancerre. Enough restaurants nearby, but we are happy to serve you lunch or dinner; breakfast is of course included.

OUR ROOMS
Our rooms are equiped with private en-suite batrooms with shower and toilet. There is a laundry room with free use of the washing machine and dryer; an iron and ironing board are also at your disposal. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment at your disposal and you can make coffee with Nespresso cups or with beans. In the living room there is a sofa and armchairs. The TV is connected to the satellite (Dutch!) and Netflix and Youtube can be received on it. A DVD player for the room is available on request.
Guest access
From 08:00 to 23:00 you can access the terraces, the pool, the kitchen, the living room, the grounds. Use outside these times is possible in consultation. You share the spaces with us and with other guests; we therefore ask you to leave everything clean and tidy and not to bother others with too much noise.
Other things to note
Animals: Your dog is very welcome if it gets along with other dogs. A small part of the property is fenced. We ourselves have two people- and animal-friendly, but enthusiastic, Cocker Spaniels and two females that are good (one) and reasonable (the other) with dogs.
Guédelon: welcome to the past
Deep in the forests of northern Burgundy, in a once disused quarry, a team of master-builders is building a 13th-century castle from scratch. Quarrymen, stonemasons, carpenter-joiners, blacksmiths, tile makers, carters, wheelwright, painters, basket maker, herbalist, gardeners are working together to revive heritage craft skills and reveal the secrets of medieval builders.
